CALL FOR ABSTRACT

Please submit your abstract in English consisting of 200-250 words including: Background, Objective, Subjects and Methods, Results, Conclusions and a maximum of five Keywords, using Times New Roman, 11 pt, and single-spaced without mentioning the subheads.
Please write the complete institutional address with the email and mobile number of the corresponding author. Send it to the Secretariat via bit.ly/m/WCCN2025 (Abstract Guildeline is also available here).

Call for Abstract is currently extended until March 9th 2025, 11.59 PM (GMT+7)
The accepted abstracts together with the presentation schedule will be informed via email before April 14th 2025. Abstracts will be rejected if the corresponding author did not pay the registration fee before April 28th 2025.

The accepted abstracts will be published in the Program Book of the Conggress.

If you wish to submit the full paper of your presentation, options available are Scopus-indexed Journals (Amerta Nutrition Journal, and Media Gizi Indonesia/National Nutrition Journal), and Indonesian Journal of Nutrition and Food. Acceptance of full papers is fully under the decision of each of the journal editorial team.

If your full paper is accepted and published by your choice of journal, then the committee will be responsible for the article processing charge. There will be no refund if your full paper is rejected by the journal editorial team. Please kindly check the author guidelines from each journal in order to minimize rejection.

The Theme of Scientific Program is Functional Food, Sustainable Diet, Behavioral and Clinical Nutrition in the Interdisciplinary and Personalized Nutrition Era. The Sub-theme for the Scientific Programs are as follows :

6. Roles of Prebiotics, Microbiome, and Probiotics – Implications for Health and Food Industry
7. School Meal, Food Supplementation, Food Safety and Quality, Food Security and Policy
8. Dietary, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Approaches in the Interdisciplinary Era for Controlling NCDs
9. Nutrition Health Literacy and Behavioral Approaches in the Digital Era for Controlling Obesity

PRESENTERS

Presenters in the 28th WCCN consist of Oral Symposium Presenters and Oral Posters Presenters. The status of the presenters will be determined based on the review from the WCCN Scientific Committee. The deadline submission for the presenter abstract until 14 March 2025. The LOA for the presenter will be sent through email by 28 March 2025. The Oral Symposium consists of ten sub-themes as written above. Each presenter can submit a maximum of three abstracts with the same and/or different sub-themes.
