Registration and Accomodation

Please register and use the enclosed registration form given in the website; use one form per participant. You may download the form from the website: (www.wccn2025.org) and submit it electronically along with an abstract and copy of your passport if you want an invitation letter. All applications should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fees and lodging costs. The cost of a hotel at Bogor City varies between US$90.00-150.00 (depending on the quality of the accommodation, facilities, and distance from the conference venue). But a package may be available at a lower cost. Please note that upon receiving the full amount of the registration fee, a written confirmation of registration will be sent to you.

Dinner & Cultural Performance

Free for participant who paid the registration fee before 28th of April 2025.

The cost for dinner and cultural performance for participants who paid the registration fee after 28th of April 2025 is USD 100,00.

Field Trip

Fieldtrip will be organized on 28th May 2025. Participant who follow the trip must choose, register, and pay for one of the following field trip alternatives The registration for the field trip via bit.ly/m/WCCN2025

Exhibition

Objectives: Food, Nutrition, Health Expo (FNH Expo) provides opportunities, enthusiasm, and motivation for business, industries, research centers, universities, NGOs and related institutions in promoting various activities/programs, food and beverage products, ingredients, supplements, parenteral and enteral product, equipments, and technologies in the field of food and nutrition.

Participants: Participants of FNH Expo include food industries, public and private sectors, universities, research centers, NGOs, and related institutions.

Award

Objectives: Food, Nutrition, Health Award (FNH Awards) aims to appreciate innovations produce by the awardee (food industries, government, NGOs, and individuals who made real contributions to product, activity/program innovations, and leadership), motivate and as well as inspire others to make better contribution in the fields of food, nutrition, and public health. Participants: The food industry, civil society organizations, government, or any individuals, who made real contributions to product, activity/program innovations, and leadership are welcome to participate in the awards. These awards applied to institutions having innovation and innovative food products, activity/program, and leadership or having Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.

This FNH Awards is a continuation of the previous activity called The Products, Programs, and Leadership Innovation Awards, also known as PEDULI GIZI 2021 and PEDULI GIZI 2023.
