REGISTRATION

Please register and use the enclosed registration form given in the website; use one form per participant. You may download the form from the website: (www.wccn2025.org) and submit it electronically along with an abstract and copy of your passport if you want an invitation letter. All applications should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fees and lodging costs. The cost of a hotel at Bogor City varies between US$90.00-150.00 (depending on the quality of the accommodation, facilities, and distance from the conference venue). But a package may be available at a lower cost. Please note that upon receiving the full amount of the registration fee, a written confirmation of registration will be sent to you.

Registration Fee:
1. Scientists and Physicians:USD 400.00
2. Private Sectors USD 700.00
3. students/retired doctors are USD 300.00.

These rates are applicable up to March 15, 2025, after which registration fee would be US$.600.00.
All congress materials will be available for registered participants at the registration desk on the 3rd day of the congress.
